Your vision is an essential part of your daily life and overall health. That is why Christian Schools International (CSI) works with Vision Service Plan (VSP) to offer you two different Vision Plans that are both valuable and affordable.
Whether you need a brand new pair of glasses every year or just an annual check-up, you can select the plan that best fits the needs of you and your family!
Choose Your VSP Plan
VSP 1: The Annual Plan. This plan is perfect for those who want to update their frames and prescription every year.
Coverage: Provides an exam, lenses, and frames every 12 months.
Allowances: You receive a $150 allowance to use toward either contact lenses or glasses lenses. If you choose from our Featured Frame Brands, this allowance increases to $200.
Monthly Premiums:
$9.64 for a Single Plan
$14.74 for an Employee + One Plan
$26.40 for a Family Plan
VSP 2: The Bi-Annual Frame Plan. This is a great, cost-effective option if you don't need new frames every year but still want an annual check-up and fresh lenses.
Coverage: Provides an exam and lenses every 12 months, and new frames every 24 months.
Allowances: You receive a $120 allowance to use toward either contact lenses or glasses lenses. If you choose from our Featured Frame Brands, this allowance increases to $170.
Monthly Premiums:
$7.30 for a Single Plan
$11.14 for an Employee + One Plan
$19.97 for a Family Plan
Affordable Copays & Extra Discounts
Both plans keep your out-of-pocket costs remarkably low. For both VSP 1 and VSP 2, the copay is just $10 for the exam and $25 for the lenses and/or frames.
In addition to your standard coverage, you can take advantage of discounts on premium add-ons, like scratch-resistant coating and lens tinting.
How to Enroll
To secure your vision coverage, complete the enrollment form on the CSI website and return it to the CSI Employee Benefits team before the end of September. Please keep in mind that the premium is based on 12 months of participation, so you must enroll for the entire plan year.
