For Christian schools participating in the CSI Insurance Plan, June 2024 is open enrollment month. It’s the time of year when you have an opportunity to choose the benefit coverage that’s right for you and your family.

The open enrollment period is all about you. It’s a way of ensuring you have the insurance coverage you need before you need it.

Even if you have previously enrolled in the CSI Insurance Plan, it’s important to review your coverage, consider additional benefits, and update your options on a regular basis. With the CSI Insurance Plan, you can choose from each of the following options to ensure you and your family are well cared for:

• Health and Dental Care Benefits

• Income Protection Benefits (Life and AD&D, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability)

• Optional Benefits: Employee Choice (Critical illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity)

• Additional Benefits: Employee Choice (Vision, Optional Life, Optional AD&D)

• Legal Benefit (Providing legal services to you, your spouse and dependent children)

• Student Loan Assistance (Coverage is included with all benefits)

• Adoption Benefit (Coverage is included with health, dental, life or long-term disability benefits)

Please consider Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage. Don’t wait until you or a family member is sick or on the verge of an expensive medical procedure to apply for coverage. When you log in and complete the enrollment process, you’ll have the peace of mind that comes with knowing your health will never be jeopardized by a lack of insurance coverage.

Online open enrollment runs from June 1-30, 2024. During July and August, you may make changes using an enrollment form. After September 1, you may no longer qualify for coverage or make changes to your existing coverage until the next enrollment period (with the exception of a qualifying life event.)

Log in to your benefits portal to review or update your information and complete your insurance benefit selections today. Choose the benefit coverage that’s best for you and your family by the June 30, 2024 online deadline.
